According to a statement released by the exam conducting body, starting this year, students will be able to get their Class XII digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at www.digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE.

As per CBSE 2016 Class 12 date sheet, the examination for Class 12th started from March 1 to continue till April 22, 2016. With this CBSE 12th Result 2016, the fate will be decided of over 10.5 lakh students, who are appearing for the class 12th exam in the year 2016. How to check CBSE Class 12th Result 2016:

  • Visit the official CBSE website – www.cbse.nic.in

  • Click on the result link of Class XII

  • Feed your roll number and school number in the provided box

  • Click on the 'Submit' button

  • Download and take printout of the CBSE 12th result 2016

As 12th board results are out now, candidates, who appeared for JEE Main 2016 can estimate their JEE Main Ranks by using their Class XII marks and JEE Main score through JEE Main Rank Predictor tool.  

 

According to the CBSE data, the total number of candidates registering for class 12th exam in 2016 grew by 2.65%, with as many as 10,67,900 students in comparison to 10,40,368 candidates in 2015.

Last year, CBSE announced the class 12th result on May 25, when the overall pass percentage for class 12th was 82%.
